Shaheen Jacob, MD, FACOG, is a compassionate OB/GYN at Frisco Obstetrics and Gynecology, PA, located in Frisco, Texas. Dr. Jacob attended the University of Texas at Austin, where she obtained her Bachelor of Arts in biology, followed by her medical degree at St. George's University School of Medicine in Grenada, West Indies. She rounded out her medical training with an obstetrics and gynecology residency at Danbury Hospital in Connecticut.
Dr. Jacob is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology and is a fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. She is affiliated with several local hospitals, including Baylor Scott and White Medical Center Centennial Frisco and Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Plano.
Originally from Dallas, Dr. Jacob is very excited to both practice in her hometown and contribute to the community. She and her husband, Suraj, have two boys, Zayden and Zach, and a dog named Charlie, who keeps them busy while not working. She enjoys watching movies, traveling, good food, and spending time with friends and family.

Accepted Insurance
Our practice accepts most major insurance plans and most of the smaller insurance plans. If we do not participate with your insurance and your plan allows out of network benefits, our office staff will assist you with the necessary paperwork so you can receive reimbursement directly from your insurance company.
