Appointments/Cancellations
With the exception of serious emergencies, it is expected that you keep all of your appointments. If you need to reschedule an appointment we require 24 hours notice. In such a case, please call our office and arrange for a make-up appointment with one of our patient care coordinators.=
Emergencies
We provide 24-hour emergency coverage for all patients. If you have an emergency after office hours, please call our office or our answering service at 972-731-9299. The answering service will take your message and contact a covering physician immediately.
